Hi, I’m Dr. Natasha Guess, founder of Guess Compliance Consulting, LLC. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’ve worked across regulatory adherence, audit readiness, and quality assurance, supporting organizations through CMS, HIPAA, and Medicaid requirements.

I hold a Doctorate in Law and Policy, a Master’s in Business Law and Compliance, and I’m Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) as well as Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC). My career has taught me that compliance doesn’t have to be overwhelming—it can be simplified, structured, and tailored to fit the needs of smaller healthcare teams.

I launched this business because I saw how small private practices, clinics, and therapists often face the same regulatory expectations as larger organizations, but with fewer resources. My goal is to bridge that gap—making compliance accessible, practical, and stress-free, so providers can focus on what matters most: patient care.
